We are a boutique Houston plaintiff's personal injury firm with satellite offices throughout Texas. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients and be dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, conducting thorough investigations, communicating with clients, preparing and filing documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with all legal deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent Clients: Represent clients in personal injury cases, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
  2. Conduct Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages.
  3. Communicate with Clients: Communicate with clients to explain legal options, potential outcomes, and keep them informed throughout the case.
  4. Manage Cases: Manage a high-volume caseload, including overseeing support staff and younger associates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of plaintiff personal injury law;
  • First chaired at least one trial;
  • Fluency in Spanish;
  • A good standing member of the Texas bar;
  • Knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial;
  • Knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
