We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and indirect patient care, utilizing interpersonal skills to maximize customer service and ensure safe patient care
  • Accepting changing assignments and job duties throughout your shift, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Utilizing computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position
  • Troubleshooting patient care equipment

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of six months experience as a patient care assistant, telemetry technician, or unit secretary
  • Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia and recognition course
  • Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program or School of Nursing fundamentals
  • Ability to read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality; knowledge of Spanish preferred
