Hotel Maintenance Technician

**About the Role**
As a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Arlington, VA.
**Responsibilities**
Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, and minor furniture repair
Ensure the efficient operation of ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting rooms, swimming pool, and hot tub
Conduct plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, and perform preventative maintenance on all exhaust fans and supply
Monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as needed
Respond promptly to alarms and determine the exact location and cause of the issue

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in a hotel or related field (preferred)
A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Licensure in a trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) (preferred)
A valid driver's license for the applicable state (property-specific)
An acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (property-specific)
A basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repair, painting, and HVAC systems
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
