Role Summary

As a vital member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our patrons. Your role will encompass crafting exquisite beverages, taking food orders, and fostering a lively, collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests through excellent interpersonal skills and beverage preparation expertise.
  • Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring adherence to established recipes.
  • Engage with guests to promote and enhance their experience, including upselling menu items.
  • Serve beverages directly to guests and assist with food service as needed.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Support event coordination through our dedicated service platform.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Ensure proper sanitation of glassware and other service items, utilizing dishwashing equipment safely.
  • Complete daily logs detailing service issues and any alcohol-related incidents.
  • Assist management with entertainment systems and gaming options.
  • Keep storage areas organized and assist with keg management, including team lifting when necessary.
  • Provide table service and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
  • Adhere to all local alcohol serving laws and company policies.
  • Ensure that all guests receive their orders accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures for the bar and service areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment to maintain a safe environment.
  • Engage in cleaning duties to uphold a sanitary and organized workspace.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.
  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable with direct guest interactions and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to recognize signs of intoxication and respond appropriately.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.
  • Experience with cash handling and sales.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications are required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (19 years old in Idaho).
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Team lifting required for heavier items.
  • Frequent bending and stooping.
  • Regular reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Work in hot and humid conditions.
