Cardiac Echo Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Echo Technician to join our team at AdventHealth Huguley Medical Associates. As a Cardiac Echo Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrocardiograms, stress tests, 24-hour Holter monitors, electroencephalography, and assisting in the scheduling of diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrocardiograms, stress tests, 24-hour Holter monitors, and electroencephalography in accordance with established departmental guidelines.
- Prepare accurate test results and report findings to physicians and/or floor as indicated.
- Verify patient ID bands and requests before beginning procedures.
- Recognize abnormalities and report findings to physicians and/or floor as indicated.
- Recognize artifacts and eliminate them if possible.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience preferred in specialized areas such as EKGs, stress testing, Holter monitoring, EEGs, etc., and clerical skills.
