About the Position

This FT, PT, or PRN LVN role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and opportunities for long-term growth and advancement. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in delivering direct resident care.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a valid LVN license, a strong ability to work collaboratively with others, and excellent communication skills.

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • BLS certification
