About the Job

Aquor is looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role involves assessing patients' abilities, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental abilities.
  2. Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
  3. Work closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current STATE Occupational Therapist License.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
