- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused work environment
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
