Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation technicians.
  • Clinical Services
    • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our residents, including therapy programs, wellness initiatives, and educational offerings.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Serve as a liaison between HealthPRO Heritage and community administration, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Represent HealthPRO Heritage in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer concerns and issues.
    • Participate in community-based committees and initiatives to promote mutually developed goals for clinical programs and marketing.
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Identify and address any areas of non-compliance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Associate's degree in an allied health field, Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or Master's degree.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation management or leadership role.
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Valid state professional licensure.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
