Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation technicians.
- Clinical Services
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our residents, including therapy programs, wellness initiatives, and educational offerings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between HealthPRO Heritage and community administration, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Represent HealthPRO Heritage in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer concerns and issues.
- Participate in community-based committees and initiatives to promote mutually developed goals for clinical programs and marketing.
- Quality Improvement and Compliance
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any areas of non-compliance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Education
- Associate's degree in an allied health field, Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or Master's degree.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation management or leadership role.
- Licensure and Certification
- Valid state professional licensure.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
