As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs covering employment, employee relations, wage and salary information, training, placement, safety and health, benefits, and employee services. Your key accountabilities will include driving accountability and equity to site policies and procedures, partnering with the Safety team to administer occupational injury and illness prevention, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state statutes regarding Human Resources functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, and at least five years of previous HR experience in a manufacturing facility. PHR or SPHR certification is desirable, and experience with Paylocity is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Partner with the Safety team to administer occupational injury and illness prevention
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state statutes regarding Human Resources functions
- Drive employee engagement and involvement efforts
- Conduct investigations as required
- Track, prepare, and review applicable data and reports
- Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- At least five years of previous HR experience in a manufacturing facility
- PHR or SPHR certification desirable
- Experience with Paylocity a plus
