Position Summary
ServiceMaster Restore is in search of dedicated Contents Restoration Specialists. Our mission is to transform our clients' lives from disorder to tranquility. As a Contents Restoration Specialist, you will respond to residences that have recently experienced water or fire damage, carefully pack their possessions, and securely store them until the home is ready for reoccupation. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to empathize with clients. Our ideal candidates are individuals with a robust work ethic, who understand that diligence yields results and are willing to engage in hands-on work to accomplish tasks. Most importantly, we seek individuals who are committed to integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document customer belongings through photography to assist in inventory creation
  • Safely pack items and wrap belongings to ensure protection and stability during transport
  • Organize and lift boxes and items weighing over 50 lbs
  • Skillfully maneuver large objects, such as furniture, in and out of residences
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills for effective packing solutions
  • Possess knowledge of furniture assembly and disassembly
  • Utilize tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a customer service-oriented mindset
