We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at GPAC. As a key player in commercial lending, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data on prospective and active borrowing accounts to evaluate their short and long-term prospects.
  • Preparing written reports to present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in commercial credit analysis or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide benefits including paid vacation, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
