This position offers a competitive salary range of $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. Responsibilities
As a Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care utilizing the nursing process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes and prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. Additionally, you will model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. You should also possess 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Furthermore, you must hold ACLS and BLS certifications.
