RN - Froedtert Hospital - Internal Medicine Weekend Program

The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Internal Medicine Weekend Program. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing relationship-based care.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
- Deliver care to a primarily adult population, utilizing clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
