The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Internal Medicine Weekend Program. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in our Internal Medicine Weekend Program.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in Internal Medicine or a related field.
