About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Surgeon to join our team at Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.

Position Details
  • Will perform a mix of Vascular and General Surgery
  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM with flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days
  • Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls
  • Must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery
  • Income Guarantee of $350K in the first year + Productivity Bonus based on collections
  • Productivity based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses)
