Overview:
Join the dedicated team at Pacifica Hotels, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Our property, located in a prime beach area, offers guests a relaxing getaway complemented by top-notch amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Pacifica's Pure Stay protocols to ensure the well-being and comfort of both team members and guests.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per property-specific guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while delivering personalized service to hotel guests.
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms according to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
- Complete room cleaning tasks within the timeframes established by management.
- Adhere to company policies regarding room amenities and report any lost items to management promptly.
- Ensure the security of master room keys and return them at the end of each shift.
- Report maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
- Assist with laundry tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This position requires frequent walking, climbing stairs, and various physical activities such as bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 20 lbs. Exposure to cleaning agents is also a part of the role.
