GPAC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on established targets.
- Lead generation and sourcing of new business opportunities.
- Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Utilize CRM to support the sales process, including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-ups, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in middle market personal lines or high net worth insurance.
- History of financial success and ability to work with senior-level management.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision.
