Position Overview:
Act as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers.
Supervise all LPN responsibilities and contribute to staff training and development.
Conduct patient care tasks, including clinical and laboratory duties under the supervision of a physician or mid-level provider.
Report to the Practice Manager regarding administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document patient information.
Support all team members in their roles and responsibilities.
Assist the Physician in delivering patient care.
Take appropriate actions based on identified patient needs.
Assess the assignment, planning, and intervention processes.
Engage in ongoing professional and personal development.
Utilize knowledge of age-related factors in patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
x Graduate of an accredited program in the relevant field
Required Skills
Possess critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to challenges.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days
Required Licenses
Current licensure by the appropriate state board.
Minimum Work Experience
At least 4 years of relevant clinical experience.
