Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely, adhering to all plant regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage the forklift and associated equipment necessary for daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members across various departments, assisting in the coordination of tasks for new team members.
- Attend crew transition meetings and shift pre-work discussions to align on daily objectives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of materials, including pallets, slip sheets, and labeling paperwork for finished goods.
- Maintain product quality standards as established by management and Quality Assurance.
- Oversee the safe charging of forklifts and report any discrepancies to the Leadership Team.
- Participate in Lean Initiatives and contribute to team meetings aimed at continuous improvement.

Additional Duties:
- Maintain an accurate operator's log and ensure smooth transitions with the incoming Line Feeder.
- Conduct safety checks on forklifts and log any issues for review.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Shift Details:
- Schedule: 4 on/4 off (7 PM - 7:30 AM)

Compensation and Benefits:
- Wage: $21.42/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential for hours worked between 6 PM - 6 AM

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of hire.
- Willingness to complete an online assessment and a panel drug screening upon hire.
