About the RoleAs an Advanced Practice Clinician with Concentra, you will be responsible for assessing patients and providing treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. You will work collaboratively with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and lead by example in a clinic-based setting
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management
- Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers and promote, cultivate, and exemplify Orange Book values for all clinic staff
- Board Certification
- Active and unrestricted license in Pennsylvania
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- FMCSA NRCME certification (required prior to start date)
