Estimated Salary

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing feedback on client progress, and facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment. You must also demonstrate effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
