We are a specialty coffee, tea and donut cafe that takes pride in our product. Almost all ingredients are made in house so that we can control flavor profiles of all products.

About the Job

This is a back-of-house position where you'll work with our top-secret ingredients to create delicious donuts. As a Donut Maker, you'll be responsible for preparing all products, including donuts, icings and toppings needed for all shifts. You must meet AWARE's standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce donuts that meet AWARE's standards by operating donut-making equipment.
  2. Prepare all ingredients necessary for donut production—dough, glaze, icings, and toppings using the correct formula.
  3. Complete a proper production schedule on a regular basis, always striving to minimize waste.

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant disposition, be friendly, sociable, and accommodating in nature, and be enthusiastic about their work. They should also be able to make simple mathematical calculations and read and communicate using the English language.
