About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Mochi Artisan to join our team at Aware Coffee & Tea Lounge. As a Mochi Artisan, you will be responsible for creating delicious mochi-based desserts, including donuts, icings, and toppings. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery or similar environment, as well as excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate donut-making equipment to produce high-quality mochi-based desserts.
- Prepare ingredients and mixtures according to recipes.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the workspace.
