Store Operations Manager

As a Store Operations Manager at Dunkin', you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single store, with a focus on creating a positive and productive work environment for our team members. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.

Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving sales growth.
