• Handle a wide range of general liability defense litigation issues.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and court proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts with precision and accuracy.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in the most compelling and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, while also managing your own case load.
• Maintain updated knowledge of New York State laws, regulations, and legal practices.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on general liability defense litigation.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing, with a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional litigation skills, with experience in presenting cases in court.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving legal skills.
