- Merchandising/Visual: Maintain a neat, clean, and organized selling floor, reflecting the correct visual image.
- Fashion/Styling: Represent the fashion and style of Veronica Beard, staying up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles.
- 1-2 years retail store management experience in women's apparel or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Strong verbal and communication skills, with Spanish speaking a plus.
- Strong observation skills, identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior.
The base hourly range for this role is between $23.00 and $25.00, with a comprehensive benefits package and total compensation offerings.
