Your Key Responsibilities
• Collect clinical specimens from patients of various ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Accurately record and report patient data into our system
• Manage specimen handling and processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality results
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Travel to different locations as required

Your Requirements
• Possess phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate expertise in specimen collection and handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations
