About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Electrical Engineering to lead our team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge electrical systems for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on embedded systems, and will be able to lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and develop electrical systems for our clients.
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies to meet client needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their electrical system needs are met.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
