Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst - Licensure to join our Regulatory Compliance team at SCA Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the Medicare enrollment of all SCA Health facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to facility leadership on all aspects of Medicare enrollment
  • Assist in the maintenance and submission of Revalidations, CHOIs, and CHOWs
  • Process and monitor applications for ASCs and hospitals
  • Review and evaluate complex applications/forms/requests of all Medicare enrollment documentation for accuracy
  • Collaborate with other departments and external sources to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Understanding of Medicare enrollment systems and processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of specific application information, documentation, and attestations
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and apply good judgment and discretion
  • Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Flexible attitude and open to changes in the day-to-day work schedule
  • Absolute attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Education and Work Experience
  • Four-year college degree required
  • 2+ years of experience related to health care operations, licensure and enrollment roles, and/or healthcare compliance preferred
