Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement Group, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance
- Develop and implement strategies for improved operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize branch performance
- Maintain excellent customer service through accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
