In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of nursing at UPMC, inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders and innovators. Compensation and Benefits Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. UPMC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Responsibilities Design and implement professional development programs for nurses, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses at all levels, providing guidance and support as needed. Stay current with best practices and evidence-based care standards, sharing your knowledge with others through education and collaboration. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
