Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician Supervisor to lead our hydro blasting and vacuuming teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching staff members, ensuring the safe and effective completion of jobs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete job duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Load out and unload equipment, including hydro blast pumps and liquid vacuum trucks, to ensure efficient job completion.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on job progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with general maintenance of company equipment, including washing and cleaning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our operations team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience, including 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous work experience at industrial owner facilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be on call 24/7.
Physical Requirements
  • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
  • Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
