Job Summary

DISH Network L.L.C is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team of hourly team members in our manufacturing department. This role is responsible for overseeing the picking and loading of LTL and FTL shipments, scheduling loads in a transportation management system, and managing inventory moves within our warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8-20 hourly team members in warehouse operations
  • Oversee the picking and loading of LTL and FTL shipments
  • Schedule loads in a transportation management system
  • Manage inventory moves within our warehouse management system
  • Research and correct inventory variances in the warehouse management system

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills in Google Drive, especially Sheets
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $72,400.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
