Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing accounts in the kitchen cabinet market, building relationships with dealers, retail outlets, builders, and kitchen designers, and providing a positive buying experience that drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with dealer and retail partners to sell Cabinetworks products, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen designers at dealers and retail outlets.
- Develop and grow prospects and existing customers, initially focused on expanding existing accounts and growing market share.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills, stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the construction, home renovation, cabinetry, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and via email.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
