Soccer Shots is recognized as the leading children's soccer program nationwide. Our success stems from our exceptional curriculum, dedicated leadership, and a genuine passion for the sport. We prioritize hiring only the most qualified instructors who are enthusiastic about working with children. It is essential that you possess not only a love for teaching but also a strong background in soccer, coupled with a fervent desire to share this passion with young learners. Our goal is to ensure that each Soccer Shots session becomes the highlight of every child's week, as we focus on nurturing fundamental soccer skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting healthy lifestyles.


We are currently seeking enthusiastic part-time instructors to join our team. Our programs are conducted in various settings, including childcare facilities, early education centers, community venues, and outdoor spaces. Classes are scheduled throughout the week, with sessions lasting between 30 to 45 minutes. We provide all necessary training, soccer gear, and curriculum resources. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to engage with and inspire young soccer enthusiasts in the community. In certain locations, instructors may lead multiple classes in succession.


The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Prioritize safety, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
  • Exhibit a nurturing demeanor, connecting with each child through positive reinforcement.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, preparing and executing each session according to established lesson plans while maintaining order appropriate for the age group.
  • Show responsibility, fulfilling the expectations of the role as the representative of Soccer Shots.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm, creating an engaging and enjoyable environment that encourages participation.
  • Additionally, successful candidates must complete a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
