Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Doylestown Health. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and pre-registering outpatients in a manner that ensures positive patient relations and prompt reimbursement for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments and ensure accurate pre-registration
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Secure and/or verify authorization for services in accordance with payer guidelines and requirements
  • Screen patient financial responsibility for scheduled services and provide multiple payment options

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Hospital/Insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work productively as a team
