Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team at Fidelity Information Services. As a Senior SDET, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that require analysis and research. You will work on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
* Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
* Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
* Controls and manages own daily test activities.
* Provides internal quality assurance.
* Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
* Organizes and maintains the test script library.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

* Expertise with automated regression testing tools (selenium).
* Experienced on automatic frameworks based on Java including JUnit.
* Experience with Java and IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse development.
* API testing - Experience on Rest assured, Postman.
* BDD testing: Cucumber (Nice to have).
* Experience Database testing (SQL commands).
* Experience with shift-left approach to QA.
* Leading a team technically on delivery aspect.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of FIS' products and services.
* Knowledge of banking or Financial services industry.
