Job Description

The Application Specialist role at LogixHealth is a critical position that involves implementing and configuring Office 365/Azure applications to meet the organization's specific needs. This requires strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration, as well as experience in managing and supporting these applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to ensure compatibility with existing systems
  • Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operation
  • Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to help employees effectively use Office 365 applications
  • Integrate Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow
  • Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications and optimize them for better efficiency
  • Manage and support collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and OneDrive
  • Advocate for and implement best practices for using Office 365 products
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365/Azure applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
