Application Specialist

The Application Specialist role at LogixHealth is a critical position that involves implementing and configuring Office 365/Azure applications to meet the organization's specific needs. This requires strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration, as well as experience in managing and supporting these applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to ensure compatibility with existing systems
- Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operation
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to help employees effectively use Office 365 applications
- Integrate Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow
- Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications and optimize them for better efficiency
- Manage and support collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and OneDrive
- Advocate for and implement best practices for using Office 365 products
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration
- Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365/Azure applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
