Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center. As a Critical Care RN, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Indiana required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent required.
