**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide expert advice
* Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Generate business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements:**

* Successful completion of the H\u0026R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both in person and via phone or email
* High school diploma or equivalent required
