Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

• Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients year-round
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and goals
• Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools, ensuring clients feel confident and informed
• Identify opportunities to grow business, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring expertise and knowledge to provide exceptional client service

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a focus on individual tax returns and tax planning
• Tax planning and audit support experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
