* Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure continuous production of advanced machined materials consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals.
* Supervise a team of quality technicians and plan and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality systems for industrial processes, materials, and products.
* Maintain and improve the corporate quality assurance systems, initiate and implement quality improvement activities to raise the performance of the company's products, and educate and train employees on their impact in the quality management system.
