">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide nutritional services to patients with kidney disease, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of renal nutrition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease, providing education and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in renal nutrition, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian certification (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
  • 1+ year of professional experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in renal settings
  • Strong leadership competencies, including teaching, organization, communication, customer service, relationship development, results orientation, team building, and decision-making
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $63,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
