About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing medical nutrition therapy and diet interventions for patients across various age groups and care settings.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient health through personalized nutrition care plans and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Implement medical nutrition therapy and diet interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services
  • Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Food and Nutrition from an ACEND-accredited program
  • Clinical nutrition experience through an approved coordinated undergraduate program or postgraduate internship
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) license within the applicable state(s)
  • Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
