We're searching for a Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations and ensure the highest level of quality and productivity. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to train and mentor local workers.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing jobs, training local workers, and mentoring team members. They will also identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older
  • Background check and eligibility to work in the US
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone

Compensation Package:

  • $20-$40 per hour
  • 20-40 hours per week in the field
  • 1 office day per week (excluding holidays)
  • Benefits package after 90 days
