Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of remote engineers in building a next-generation private cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of remote engineers in designing and developing cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and implement modern software development practices to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in code and architectural reviews to ensure high-quality software development
  • Engage with the open-source community and partners to advance cloud computing technologies
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in Linux, cloud computing, and distributed systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and growing high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with global travel for team events
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
