Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, zoning designated areas, and ensuring a well-kept parking lot.
  • Assist members with transporting items, utilizing cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience, including operating cash registers and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
