Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including customer relationships, sales, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and leadership experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial services products and services.
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies, including market research and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
