Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at NVIDIA Corporation.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of next-generation NVLINK. As a Senior Mixed Signal Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-speed interfaces and analog circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement high-speed interfaces and analog circuits using deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
  2. Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic, layout, and verification to characterization.
  3. Conduct schematic design using industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence virtuoso.
  4. Take ownership of the architecture, transistor design, and verification of analog circuits.
  5. Optimize circuit performance to meet system specifications.
  6. Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure high-speed routing and matching.
  7. Provide support for post-silicon bring-up and debugging.

Requirements:

  1. Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with strong analog design background.
  2. Minimum 5 years of analog design experience in industry.
  3. CMOS Analog / Mixed Signal Circuit Design Experience in deep sub-micron process.
  4. Experience with design and verification tools (Cadence's IC design environment, analog circuit simulation tools).
  5. Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work as a great teammate and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

What We Offer:

NVIDIA Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $258,750, based on location, experience, and pay of similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
